How we print · Dye sublimation

Color that becomes part of the material

In dye sublimation, your design is printed with special inks and then pressed with heat. The heat turns the ink into a gas that bonds with polyester fibers or a product's polymer coating, then sets as it cools. Nothing sits on the surface, so there is nothing to crack or peel.

  • Won't crack or peel

The color is inside the fibers or the coating, with no film or layer that can wear away.

  • Edge-to-edge color

Prints run across the whole surface, ideal for photos, patterns and all-over designs.

  • Keeps the feel of the fabric

Textiles stay soft and breathable, because no layer of ink is added on top.

Best for: Flags and banners, blankets, curtains, table linens, towels, pillow covers, mats and mugs.
